1	24^th January	14.23	Request from NWP to assist at incident Cwmorthin area regarding distressed person. Whilst the Team members were en-route the incident was brought to a satisfactory conclusion.	14.47
2	27^th January	13.49	Team requested to incident in Aberglaslyn Pass regarding an injured kayaker – OVMRO had come across the injured person whilst training in the area.
3	29^th January	13.41	Request from LMRT for assistance with incident on Trinity Gullies, Snowdon. Climber had received a suspected leg fracture to due to avalanching snow. Full team callout initiated but no sufficient response from members to be able to provide support.	13.50
4	9^th February	14.23	Four males walking from Cwmorthin waterfall car park - two returned to car - had call from friend to say that other friend has fallen into a ‘cave’. Male self rescued as team were on route, team medic attended to assess welfare and advised to attend minor injuries as to cut and crapes to his leg, advice given on walking in Snowdonia as to conditions and inappropriate foot ware.	15.01
5	24^thFebruary	15.01	Team alerted to report of female with sprained ankle close to Llyn Llagi. Team deployed 7 Team Members and 2 x SSSART members. R936 also assisted. Team members were winched to scene to assist with a casualty transfer into the aircraft.	17.00
6	3^rd March	13.29	Request from NWP to provide assistance at a serious traffic accident - a report of a car gone off the road and down a ravine two miles north of Bryn Gwynant YH in the Gwynant Valley. Police, Fire and Ambulance service attended, together with Coastguard helicopter. Unfortunately, the driver was found to be deceased and, later, the Team arranged the recovery.	18.06
